If Settings > Slack > Department Linking is enabled:

• When a conversation is assigned to a department in SmartAI.Support, a message is sent to the linked Slack channel notifying users.
• Slack users can join the dedicated user channel, but full chat access is only available inside that dedicated channel.

🔍 Get IDs:

• Department IDs → Settings > Miscellaneous > Departments
• Channel IDs → Click Get Channel IDs
