User Activity & Notification Settings #

Real-Time User Display #

New users are automatically added and displayed in the Users table in real time.

To view all online users, ensure the following setting is enabled:

  • Settings > Users > Register all visitors

Online User Notifications #

To receive notifications when a user comes online, the following must be configured:

  • Settings > Notifications > Online users notification
  • Settings > Miscellaneous > Pusher (Enabled by default on the cloud version)
  • Settings > Users > Register all visitors (Enabled by default)

This feature applies to all user types, including visitors and leads.
Notifications are only sent once per user within 24 hours.

Agent & Admin Status #

Agents and admins can manually set their status to online or offline from the profile panel at the bottom-left corner of the interface.

If Settings > Notifications > Away mode is enabled:

  • The system will automatically set an agent or admin to offline after 10 minutes of inactivity in the admin area.
  • Inactivity includes no mouse clicks, movements, or key presses.
  • Note: This automatic status change does not apply to mobile devices.
  • For the away mode feature to work properly, Pusher must be enabled.

Users Table & Auto-Pagination #

The Users table supports auto-pagination, displaying up to 100 users per scroll to optimize performance.
