Install the App

• Go to Settings > Apps in your SmartAI.Support dashboard.
• Click on Viber.
• Enter your license key to install and activate.
• 👉 Using the Cloud version? Just click Active to proceed.

Create Your Viber Bot

• Visit Viber Bot Account.
• Follow the prompts to create your bot.
• Once done, copy the bot token.

Connect Viber to SmartAI.Support

• In your SmartAI.Support dashboard, go to
  Settings > Viber.
• Paste the bot token.
• Click Synchronize now.
  ✅ Make sure your website uses HTTPS (SSL certificate).
  ⚠️ HTTP is not supported.
