Saved replies are pre-written messages agents can use to reply faster in chats. Manage them at:
Settings > Admin > Saved replies

โœ๏ธ How to Use

  • Type # + reply name โ†’ auto-fill the message
    (Example: #greeting + space)
  • Type ## to open the saved replies pop-up panel
  • Use \n for a line break inside saved replies

๐Ÿค– Bonus with Dialogflow

  • Search in saved replies will also include Dialogflow intents
  • To auto-import all intents:
    Go to Settings > AI > Google > Add Intents to Saved Replies
