📌 When Can We Message You?

  • You must message us first before we can send you a WhatsApp message.
  • If you haven’t contacted us in the last 24 hours, we can’t send you regular WhatsApp messages.
  • After 24 hours, you’ll receive a notification message using a special WhatsApp-approved format (called a template) or via SMS.

🧾 Didn’t Get Our WhatsApp Messages?

If you’re not receiving replies:

  • Make sure you messaged us first.
  • If you’re testing the chat, don’t use a number already registered as an agent/admin.

💬 Rich Message Experience

You can receive messages that include:

  • Menus
  • Buttons
  • Quick reply options
  • Order confirmations
  • Voice/audio replies (if supported)

🤖 Smart Replies with AI

Our WhatsApp is powered by AI to support:

  • Smart answers
  • Spelling correction
  • Multi-language replies
  • Google Search-powered answers
  • Voice-to-text recognition (when activated)

⏱️ What Happens When We’re Offline?

  • You can still leave a message.
  • We’ll reply once we’re available.
  • The system can also send a follow-up message even if we don’t respond right away.

🧪 Testing Notice

If you’re testing the chat:

  • You might need to reconnect your number after 72 hours (sandbox mode only).
