📌 When Can We Message You?
- You must message us first before we can send you a WhatsApp message.
- If you haven’t contacted us in the last 24 hours, we can’t send you regular WhatsApp messages.
- After 24 hours, you’ll receive a notification message using a special WhatsApp-approved format (called a template) or via SMS.
🧾 Didn’t Get Our WhatsApp Messages?
If you’re not receiving replies:
- Make sure you messaged us first.
- If you’re testing the chat, don’t use a number already registered as an agent/admin.
💬 Rich Message Experience
You can receive messages that include:
- Menus
- Buttons
- Quick reply options
- Order confirmations
- Voice/audio replies (if supported)
🤖 Smart Replies with AI
Our WhatsApp is powered by AI to support:
- Smart answers
- Spelling correction
- Multi-language replies
- Google Search-powered answers
- Voice-to-text recognition (when activated)
⏱️ What Happens When We’re Offline?
- You can still leave a message.
- We’ll reply once we’re available.
- The system can also send a follow-up message even if we don’t respond right away.
🧪 Testing Notice
If you’re testing the chat:
- You might need to reconnect your number after 72 hours (sandbox mode only).
