Easily manage your team by creating, editing, or removing agents and administrators through the Users section of your smartai.support dashboard.

Creating Agents and Admins #

To add a new agent or admin:

  1. Navigate to the Users area.
  2. Click the Add User button in the top-right corner.
  3. Fill in the required details and assign the appropriate role.

Note: Only users with agent or admin roles can access the smartai.support admin panel.

Configuring Agent Permissions #

To define or adjust the privileges of your agents:

  • Go to Settings > Admin > Agent Privileges.
  • Configure access levels and permissions according to your team’s needs.

Assigning Supervisors #

A Supervisor is a special type of agent with extended privileges. To assign supervisors:

  • Go to Settings > Admin > Supervisor.
  • Enter one or more admin user IDs (comma-separated) to designate them as supervisors.

Reminder: Supervisors must also be admins to ensure full access to advanced features.

WordPress Integration #

When activating the smartai.support plugin on WordPress, an administrator account is automatically created. This account uses the same username and password as the currently logged-in WordPress user for seamless access.
