How It Works:

  • When you get a reply from our team, you’ll also receive it in your email inbox.
  • You can simply reply to that email, and your message will be added to the chat automatically.
  • Any attachments you include in the reply will also be visible in the conversation.

Things to Know:

  • Always reply above the line in the email that says:
    ### Please type your reply above this line ###
    This helps keep the conversation clean.
  • If your message is sent from a different email than the one linked to the chat, it may not be processed correctly.
  • Youโ€™ll still get email replies even if the conversation was started through our chatbot.
