Install & Activate the App

• Go to Settings > Apps
• Click on LINE
• Paste your License Key and click Activate

Cloud version? Just click Activate.

Log in to LINE Developers

• Visit https://developers.line.biz/console/
• Log in or Create an account

Create Provider & Channel

• Create a New Provider
• Create a New Messaging API Channel
• Choose Messaging API as the Channel Type

Connect with SmartAI.Support

Go to your LINE Channel > Basic Settings

• 🔑 Copy the Channel Secret
• 📋 Paste it in SmartAI.Support > Settings > LINE > Synchronization > Channel Secret

Then go to Messaging API Settings:

• 🧷 Generate a Channel Access Token (long-lived)
• 📋 Paste it in SmartAI.Support > Settings > LINE > Synchronization > Access Token

Set Up Webhook

• Copy the Webhook URL from
• SmartAI.Support > Settings > LINE > Synchronization > Webhook URL
• Paste it into the Webhook URL field in LINE
• ✅ Click Verify
• Toggle Use Webhook to ON

Connect with Your Mobile

Scan the QR Code using your LINE mobile app to start messaging!

Disable Auto-Reply

In LINE settings, disable the Auto-reply messages option.
