| Enter / Space | Confirm or close popups (like OK button). |
| Esc | Cancel or close popups/lightboxes. |
| Shift + Enter | Add a new line in a chat message. |
| Ctrl + Enter | Same as above (add a new line). |

| Ctrl + Up / Down Arrow | Move up or down between conversations. |
| Ctrl + Left / Right Arrow | Move between users. |
| Ctrl + V | Paste an image from clipboard to chat. |
| Ctrl + Click (Mouse) | Select conversations for bulk actions (archive, delete, mark as read/unread). |
| Cancel (Keyboard key) | Archive or delete a conversation. |
