Saved replies are pre-written messages agents can use to reply faster in chats. Manage them at:
Settings > Admin > Saved replies
โ๏ธ How to Use
- Type # + reply name โ auto-fill the message
(Example: #greeting + space) - Type ## to open the saved replies pop-up panel
- Use \n for a line break inside saved replies
๐ค Bonus with Dialogflow
- Search in saved replies will also include Dialogflow intents
- To auto-import all intents:
Go to Settings > AI > Google > Add Intents to Saved Replies
